I recently watched a video where Tony Robbins was visited by Frank Kern and John Reese. The reason they went to Tony Robbins for help was that they had seen a survey that said that 75% of people who buy a training product do nothing with it in the first 90 days. That’s hard to believe isn’t it?
So what does Tony Robbins say about this?
As you would expect he says that these people are their own worst enemies. They buy a product and before they even open it they believe they are going to fail. Are you like this? I know I have been in the past. So what do you do about it?
Well, first you need to watch the video below. After you have finished watching the video share it with as many people you think could benefit from this information. If we all get our minds thinking the right way we have solved a big part of the problem.
If we believe in what we are doing we will take the action steps needed to get results. What happens when you start getting great results? That’s right, you get stronger belief that what you are doing works and spurs you on to take even more action and get even greater results. It’s all in the mind guys, you will be amazed at what you are capable of.
Okay go and grab a coffee and watch the video it is about 36 minutes long, but it is well worth taking up this small part of your day to learn what may be holding you back.

I learned from Kim that tutorial websites are a huge mostly untapped source of traffic. You can use these tutorial sites to send thousands of visitors to your websites each month. There was also a case study. I will add the link below so you can see the stats for yourself, it will surprise you I’m sure.
What’s really good about this strategy is that you don’t have to have to write unique content for these sites. What you do is submit the links to the tutorials that are already on your blog. So what they are doing is sending traffic straight to your blog, how cool is that?
When people click on the link they will be taken to your tutorial. I don’t know about the others but with tutorialized.com they try to open your post in a frame on their site. To stop this happening you go to wordpress plugins and download a plugin that breaks out of frames.
I just searched the plugins and found one called No Frames. This is what the creator says about No Frames.
“No frames removes the browser frames sometimes imposed on your site.
It has become a trend for top sites especially news and content aggregrators to show your site inside a frame (if you see a site toolbar on the top of the page it’s usually using a frame).
Basically the visitor never leaves the site using the frame although they are viewing content created by you. This is done for multiple reasons and one is to improve the metrics of the site using the frame as ‘visitor time on site’ will improve only for the site using the frame and not you.
Purpose of No Frames plugin is to detect these cases and break your site free from the shackles of the frame, thus presenting the user with your full page.
This not only improves your visitor experience but your site metrics as well.”
Using the tutorial websites to create traffic this way will get you lots of exposure, traffic and backlinks to your blog articles.

When I first started on the internet I was often wondering what are backlinks? I was reading it everywhere and did not understand their importance to my websites. I decided to do some research on backlinks and learn what I could about them.
What Are Backlinks?
A backlink is a simple text link which takes a user to your site from another site. The more backlinks your site has the higher the site will be ranked by the major search engines. This means you will receive more traffic from the search engines.
You want your link to be on pages which have a high ‘page rank’. What is page rank? It is the way google rates the importance or usefulness of a website. So the higher the page rank of sites containing your link the better. Also the more links you have the more traffic you can get.
Try to focus on quality not quantity, it’s better to have a few links from the sites with high page rank than thousands of random links. It’s a great set and forget method, though you should definitely keep adding more links on a weekly basis whenever possible.
The first thing you’ll need to do is identify sites or directories in your niche. You find these sites on google at http://toolbar.google.com. Once you’ve found the sites just submit your link to it following the instructions that it gives you. They are all slightly different, but basically you just have to fill in a form, click a button and your done.
You can also work with other sites using reciprocal link agreements. Find a site which is related to yours and email the site owner. Offer to put a link to their website onto yours in exchange for a reciprocal link on theirs. Set up a link page on your site and do this with as many people as you can, remember the higher the page rank the better.
Blog & Forum Linking
Make a weekly task of visiting your favourite blogs and forums. Leave a good content filled valuable post, along with a link to your website in the signature. Don’t just spam random junk, always make sure to give value when you post.
Building backlinks to your website may seem a little time consuming at first. It really isn’t that bad if you make it a weekly task. I hope this has answered your question on what are backlinks?
